9. AI-Assisted Services

The Firm may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with legal research, document drafting, content creation, and administrative tasks. All AI-assisted work product is reviewed and supervised by a licensed New York attorney before delivery to clients or publication on this Website. The use of AI tools does not change the Firm’s obligations to its clients or the standard of care applicable to the legal services provided. The Firm is responsible for the accuracy and quality of all work product delivered to clients, regardless of whether AI tools were used in the process.

10. No Warranties

This Website and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
